AYVARA — Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us about using AYVARA. Please read them — they are short, and they say what we owe you and what we do not.

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not, do not use AYVARA.

Who we are

AYVARA is operated by Anastasia Nefedova, an individual based in the United Kingdom.

Who can use AYVARA

You must be 16 or older. If you are younger, you may not create an account, and we will delete one if we learn of it.

One account per person. Keep access to your email or Apple ID secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

What AYVARA is

AYVARA is a film director for short-form content videos. You upload a short video you have made; AYVARA watches it, scores it from 0 to 100 against a rubric for your niche, and writes you a director's review. You can then ask it questions about that clip.

AYVARA is currently free. There are no paid features today.

Your videos stay yours

You keep every right you had in your videos and in what you write. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything to us.

To run the service we need permission to handle your content, and that is all we take: you give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display your videos and messages back to you, and to have them processed by the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, for as long as we are providing you the service.

We use that permission for two things and nothing else:

We do not train AI models on your content, we do not sell it, and we do not publish it or show it to other users.

What you promise about what you upload

By uploading a video you confirm that you have the right to upload it — you made it, or you have permission from whoever did, and from anyone who appears in it.

You must not upload content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, that depicts a minor inappropriately, or that you are not entitled to share. You are responsible for what you upload; we are not in a position to verify it.

Using AYVARA properly

Do not:

Usage limits

AYVARA runs 25 video analyses per person per day. Follow-up questions in the chat are not counted against it.

These limits exist because every analysis costs us real money. We may change them, and we will not always be able to warn you first.

About the scores and the coaching — read this one

A score is an opinion, expressed as a number. Each part of the clip is graded by a model against a written rubric, and our code computes the total from those grades. It reflects what our rubric values, judged by a model that can be wrong.

The coaching is information, not professional advice, and it is generated by AI. It may be mistaken about what is in your video. It may give advice that does not suit you. Read it with judgement, the way you would read a colleague's opinion.

We do not promise results. We cannot and do not guarantee that following AYVARA's advice will get you views, followers, engagement, clients or income. Nobody can guarantee that, and anyone who does is selling you something.

Decisions you make about your work are yours. Do not use AYVARA as your only basis for a decision that matters — a contract, a business plan, anything with money or reputation on it.

The service can change, and can go away

AYVARA is a young product. We may add, change, or remove features and niches; we may change how scoring works, which will change what a clip scores; and the app will sometimes be unavailable while we fix or deploy things.

We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that your analyses will always be retrievable. Keep your original videos — they are in your phone's photo library and we never touch them.

We may withdraw the service entirely. If we do, we will give notice in the app where we reasonably can.

Suspending or closing an account

You can leave at any time: Settings → Delete account. Everything is deleted, permanently.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — evading limits, unlawful content, attacking the service — or where we must for legal reasons. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first. If we close your account without good reason, you can ask for your data back at support@ayvara.ai.

If we introduce paid features

We may add paid plans later. If we do: prices and what you get will be stated clearly before you pay, anything you already have will not be taken away without notice, and purchases through the App Store are handled by Apple under Apple's terms — including refunds, which are Apple's to give.

Our responsibility to you, and its limits

We will provide AYVARA with reasonable care and skill, as UK consumer law requires.

Nothing in these terms removes your legal rights as a consumer, and we do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

Beyond that: AYVARA is provided as it is, free of charge, and we are not liable for business losses — lost income, lost followers, lost opportunities, lost data — or for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you started using it. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to £100.

This is not us trying to walk away from what we build. It is the honest position of a free product made by one person: we will fix what we can, and we cannot underwrite the outcome of your work.

Apple App Store

Because you got AYVARA from the App Store, the following applies:

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and if the change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use AYVARA after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, delete your account.

Law and where disputes are heard

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
